This project involved the complete revitalization of a historic corner location in Union City, New Jersey. Formerly a neglected local sandwich shop, the space was in a state of total disarray when my clients acquired it. I was brought on to provide the strategic "Brand Architecture," a blueprint that transformed a destroyed storefront into an elevated, hip-hop-inspired cultural hub.
